Crest 3D Whitestrips Gentle Routine have worked well for me. My teeth are sensitive so I was mindful to follow the directions provided by the manufacturer for this product. Very little discomfort was experienced and the whitening effect has been quite noticeable to my smile, especially when wearing colored lip glosses.
