You have to put these things in almost boiling water, then put them directly on your teeth and gums. Then you have to hold them there for about a minute while they form.
I don’t have have sensitive teeth/gums and it wasn’t real great for me so I don’t think people with sensitive teeth/gums would be real happy about it.
It is also a little hard to form them properly to the front AND backs of your teeth.
